Kangaroo Tabor Software reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason but especially to those deemed to be abusive in behavior in correspondence, problematic in resolving issues or who make excessive unwarranted complaints and cause un-necessary stress.

Kangaroo Tabor Software reserves the right, at any time, for any reason in our sole discretion, to change the terms of this policy statement.

All orders are normally processed within 24 hours – seven days a week - of receipt of order pending successful authorization of the credit card information. In the event of an extended processing delay (more than 48 hours excluding holidays) or the failure to authorize the credit card submitted for payment, a notification will be sent via email.

Kangaroo Tabor Software reserves the right to refuse any order for any reason. Kangaroo Tabor Software accepts an order only when the order is submitted to the credit card company for payment or a check or money order is deposited or cashed.

Since there is always the opportunity for everyone to use our software product for a trial period – typically 60 days - "all sales are final" and no refunds, merchandise credits or exchanges are accepted. We will work with you to help resolve any technical difficulties you may experience.

We conduct our business in a fair, competent and professional matter. This statement is meant to protect us from the very few, but harmful individuals who try to abuse the system. If a problem is encountered please let us know. We will look into all reported problems and attempt to correct any discovered problem. By fixing problems we all benefit by enjoying an improved product. Our determination of "what is a problem" is final.

Since we always attempt to fix problems there should be no credit card disputes. Credit Card disputes introduced in spite of our terms and conditions will incur a non-disputable $50 fee per dispute dismissed by the credit card company (and ruled in our favor). This $50 fee will be charged when the credit card company rules in our favor, and is non-disputable.
