Horizontal Rhombic structure (#21)

Horizontal Rhombic, No. 1: This is a special case of the sloping rhombic. However, the equations have been rearranged into the traditional form (Eq. 196) used in design (Harper, 1941). That is a term depending on the angle between the wires, a term depending largely upon the length of the wires, and a term depending on polarization and ground reflections.
